To celebrate World Book Day on 4th March, displays in Park and Avenue Libraries are detailing the favourite recent reads of staff and students.

Exam papers for 2009 are now online. 250 papers have been added - use the exam papers page to search and view them.
Starting from Friday 25th September, you will be able to obtain IT support from a Mandarin Chinese-speaking member of staff at the Help Desk in Park campus IT Centre (Grendon building).

From time to time the same member of staff will also be on duty in Park library.
We hope that this will be very helpful to students from China who may find it difficult to explain their IT needs in English.
From Monday 17th August this Reception point will no longer be open. But you will still be able to receive IT support when you need it.
Support for Students: During the rest of the summer break students can use the internal phones to call the library Help Desk for support. If the problem cannot be solved over the phone an IT Specialist will be contacted to support students in person. Once the new Autumn Term begins students will be able to telephone our Specialist On Call Team directly who will can advise over the phone or in person. Students can also email studentithelp@northampton.ac.uk.
Support for Staff: If you have an IT enquiry or problem you can still call the Service Desk on 2700 or email academicitsupport@northampton.ac.uk. The staff loan data projector and laptops are still available but for loan upstairs in the library. You will require your University ID Card if you wish to borrow them.
Park and Avenue Libraries now open at 8am Mon to Fri (term-time only - Help Desks open at 8:30am).
Don't forget you can always access the IT Centres 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
